The values in the groceries array are defined in the JavaScript code and then displayed within a div in the HTML:

Right-click on this page and select "View Page Source" to see the code.

You will notice that the "destination" div is empty:

<div id="destination"></div>

But if you right-click on the page, select "Inspect", and click the list on the page, you will be able to see the ul element that the JavaScript code has generated after the page has finished loading.
